This knot is recommended for thin monofilament lines of the same thickness, thinner than 0.4 mm. In the first layer - in the direction from the knot - make from 4 to 8 turns, in the second layer - towards the knot, make 1-2 turns more. It is not recommended to use a knot for thick and braided lines. The coils in the knot should be carefully “laid”, so you should not immediately tighten it, but move it little by little, lay the coils and tighten the knot. The process is reminiscent of clay modeling.
